Who We Are
We are who we are, because He is who He is.
We believe these are the identities that are given to us through being in relationship with Jesus. While there are multiple identities listed, they are not separate as they make up our complete DNA as Christians.
We pursue God by cultivating our affections for Christ daily, identifying & casting off all idols, and demonstrating that He is worthy of our affection in personal and corporate worship.
We will learn to steward the grace of God, caring for each other as family in Christ, as we commit to continual growth in communal interdependence.
We devote ourselves to the regular practice of spiritual disciplines as a means of growing in grace teaching, training, and equipping each other for the work of ministry.
We are committed to serving others as Christ has served for us-- cheerfully and selflessly-cultivating a prayerful dependence on the Spirit to reveal social/spiritual needs.
We believe we are sent to live beautiful lives, worthy of the gospel we proclaim & of which we are a part, and to make disciples of our people group in the context of this community.
